Roger Goldberg, Bass
After having started studying violin and viola, Roger Goldberg studied double bass and bass guitar at the Hochschule für Musik „Carl Maria von Weber“ in Dresden in the department of dance and popular music.
As a big band bass player in the Fips Fleischer Orchestra, many concert tours led him to various european countries including concert tours with famous artists like Katja Ebstein, Max Greger or Catarina Valente.
Roger Goldberg now plays the bass in the renowned Micha-Fuchs-Band featuring jazz arrangements, musical, theatre and studio performances.
He taught the double bass for Jazz, Rock and Pop at the Hochschule für Musik in Dresden and regularly gives concerts with Gunther Emmerlich and the Semper House Band Dresden.
